Why is the HealthMastery Program so different?
As discussed above, men and women require different types of information to get started on a wellness program. When you join your company up to this program, you will give us a list of all your employees email address and depending on their sex, will join the appropriate program.
The program offers specific information for each gender so they are excited to do the program in a way that appeals to them (tied in with the marketing of the program to encourage them to sign up in the first place). From years of research, we have found that men and women have fundamentally different motivations for starting, and more importantly sticking to a wellness program. We took all this information and created a system to teach each gender these tools and information.
This Program is a unique online and email based health & fitness program in which employees feel as though they have their own personal trainer, educating and pushing them along to reach their self established goals. This program is about your employees setting themselves personal health & fitness goals, being drip fed information on all facets of health, fitness and wellbeing and then ultimately creating a change in their life forever using HealthMastery’s unique ‘MindSet- Missing Link’ which glues all the changes together.
Psychologically, the human brain does not like being bombarded with too much information. It shuts down when it gets confused. Many internet wellness portals on the market are loaded with information, but unfortunately are less successful because employees just never get around to actually reading the pages of information provided and putting it into a plan of action for themselves!
The human brain likes structure and information gradually drip-fed in a timely, orderly and repetitive manner.
HealthMastery Program structure

This comprehensive program gradually sends simple, powerful nutrition, habits and exercise tips throughout the month in a clear, structured and easy to follow format so employees can easily implement everything they receive without feeling overwhelmed.

Interwoven throughout the program are powerful psychological (MindSet) tools designed to transform each employee’s behavior.

Each week employees are kept accountable to their goals via interactive goal sheets, which motivate them to achieve those goals along with further advice on health and wellbeing.
Month 1:

The first month focuses primarily on Exercise (both cardio and resistance training) and is structured as follows: 1st week: Orientation, preparation for the program and getting familiar with the program materials (Booklet), exercise program and videos and how the course is run. Employees establish “Big Goals” for the month.

2nd week: Program officially starts and employees start weekly goal sheets, receive 1-3 weekly tips/advice emails to get them going and they also start the exercise program.

3rd and 4th Week: Continue on program, with week 4 introducing them to what’s coming up in month 2 (nutrition and establishing more healthy habits).
Each Month (Month 2 and ongoing):

Employees receive a Brand new exercise (cardio and resistance training) program so they do not get bored and are progressing each month.

New interactive work booklet full of specific health and wellbeing information. They also receive 1-3 direct emails each week providing tips on all areas of health/fitness.

Topics covered on the program throughout the months are exercise, nutrition, forming new habits, stages of change, changing behaviors, emotional wellness, stress management, sleep, energy, questionnaires for self awareness, self image and lifestyle productivity to name a few.

ShapeMe Pledge: Each week each employee submits an interactive goal sheet of their weekly goals into the system which they sign their name to, to promise themselves they will achieve their goals for the week. Creates self-motivation and a way to track their progress.

Audio interviews & webinars with top celebrity health, fitness and motivational experts are provided for employees to download and listen to in their own time for extra learning’s and motivation.
Program Duration:
We recommend running the program for 6-12 months and onwards for long term results for both your company and employees. The HealthMastery program can be offered as a stand alone program or as part of any other wellness initiatives you may have, to boost participation rates and appeal to a range of employees.
Investment:
The program investment is based on the size of your company. We offer a set monthly investment fee, regardless of how many employees sign on, so it can be cost effective solution for your company.
Moving Forward
